 Let’s make it simple.

 1. I am a programmer. )) I have suffered from computer-related carpal tunnel.

2. I used to take anti-inflammatories daily to get any type of pain relief.

3. I tried different treatment approaches out there.

 

Then I have tried EXERCISES.

 

I have to admit, I was skeptical at first but I have felt relief after doing carpal tunnel exercises for three or four days.

 

So I do recommend carpal tunnel exercises to anyone suffering from carpal tunnel or wrist and hand pain.
